Dropping Off Your Items at the Sale

There is a deadline for item entry.

Item Entry Deadline: Friday, April 28 at 11:59pm.

Please have all items entered into your inventory before the system goes offline. You may print tags after this deadline, but you will not be able to enter more items or change any of your tags.

Please schedule your drop off appointment online. Click on the appt link under your sale location above to choose one of the available time slots (must log in). You may also do this directly on your Consignor Homepage.

If you miss your appointment,
please try to come on Sunday 5-9pm. You can still come any other time, just be aware that we'll help those with appointments first. We try to help those who miss their scheduled time by sending out an email listing the times when the schedule is not full, so you'd know when there won't be a line, but Sunday 6-9pm is a great time to come, the lines are typically not long at all.

We offer what we call Drop & Go for anyone who doesn't want to wait to see what is accepted or rejected. When you DROP, you must wait while we inspect your large items (in case we can't accept something, that way you can take it home). Then you can GO and we'll inspect the rest as we have time. Anything not accepted will be donated. It will not show up on your Donation Report unless you had marked all of your tags to donate, which we do recommend if you do Drop & Go.

You cannot use Drop & Go if this is your first time consigning with us. We want you to understand why any of your items are being rejected so you have a chance to fix it or at least leave with the knowledge of our process. The Drop & Go process is to immediately donate any item that does not pass inspection. This is a good option for someone who might only have 1-5 items rejected, but often new consignors miss things and might have more items rejected and could miss out on selling things you could have fixed or washed again. We want everyone's experience to be positive.

If you need to make more than 1 trip, please choose the time when you will drop off your first and biggest load. If you need to bring more items on another trip do not schedule another appointment. Just come when you can and we will help you as soon as we can. Try to coordinate the second trip to bring only 10-15 items and you should be in and out pretty quickly.

Drop Off Instructions

  • Please have your clothing items sorted by gender and size. Rubber band sizes together at the top of the hangers. All hangers must face left. This speeds things up for everyone.
  • Double check all tags for accuracy. Every item must have a tag with a clearly printed bar code and unique item number.
  • Make sure all tires are inflated. This applies to bikes, trikes, scoot bikes, trailers, strollers, anything with inflatable tires. Make sure your tires hold air overnight or you may need to replace a tube before coming to drop off.
  • Don't be in a hurry. Unless you are doing Drop & Go. Allow 30-60 minutes to complete the drop off process (not only having your items inspected but also checking in at the desk and receiving your Presale pass). If you need to assemble anything, it may take a little longer so plan accordingly. If you have over 250 items, schedule 2 appts so our inspectors are there for you and going over 30 mins is not taking up someone else's time with the inspectors.
  • Plan to assemble furniture or bring it put together. Items sell better if shoppers can see how it is used. It also ensures (you and them) that all pieces are included.
  • Bring your things in a cardboard box that you can leave with us (totally optional but much appreciated!). We always need boxes for displays and to sort items into at the end of the sale for those who plan to pick up. Do not write your number on the box as you won't get the same one back (it'll be a smaller one!).
  • If some of your items are not accepted but could be fixed, you will be told why and given an opportunity to rehang clothes, clean toys or equipment, print new tags, install batteries, etc. and may choose to take things home to fix and bring back later.
  • Please do not be offended if some of your items are rejected. We run a high quality sale and therefore need to reject some things in order to maintain that high quality. We will give you a reason and you can take those items home or you might donate on the spot. If you leave before we inspect your items (Drop & Go), you accept the risk that some of your items may not be accepted to the sale and would be immediately donated.
  • If you cannot make it to drop off, ask a friend to drop your stuff off for you. Get a trusted friend to sign up to consign and ask her to drop your stuff off with hers. Offer to pick up for her at the end! Several moms have worked this out with great success, sometimes watching each other's kids in trade! Be resourceful!
  • Follow the signs to see where to go for check in. We hope to continue our curb side check in where someone meets you at the curb and helps you unload your items straight to an inspector. Once your car is empty, you go park and come inside to the check-in table to sign in and receive your Presale pass. Then go back and see if any of your items were not accepted and take those home with you. We feel this will really speed things up for consignors!

(No new clothes, shoes, or bedding)
May 4, 5–9pm

We accept additional items to the sale on Thursday evening. Bring toys, furniture, large and small equipment, and anything else you have. We'd love to add new items to the floor except clothes, shoes, or bedding. We just don't have room for more of those. Items can be already in the system but don't have to be. We will have computer stations available for printing tags and entering new items if needed. Late items will be held in the check in area and put out after we close so Friday morning shoppers will get first crack at the new items.
