Consignor Registration (and How It All Works)

This December, Pass It On is hosting a combined sale — an Online Sale followed by the In-Person Sale. After registering, you can choose to sell online, in person, or both.

How Consigning Works

When you register, you’ll receive (or reuse) your consignor number.
This number prints on all of your tags and identifies your sales and payouts. Returning consignors use the same number each sale.

You’ll enter, price, and tag your own items using our online inventory system.
You can sell in person, online, or both with the same inventory.

Selling Options

  • Sell Items Online:

    • Items must include at least one photo.

    • You must mark each item “Ready for Online Sale.”

    • If your item sells online, attach the Online Sold Tag when you drop it off.

  • Sell Items In Person Only:

    • Photos are not required.

    • Do not check “Ready for Online Sale” for items you don't want to be sold online

    • Attach a Regular Sale Tag before dropping off items.

  • Sell in Both:

    • Any unsold online items in your active inventory will automatically be rolled into your in-person sale inventory unless you make items INACTIVE.
      • Active Inventory is what your Sell Thru is based on and what determines if you make it to the 80% Club. If you are not bringing items, make them Inactive so they don't count against you when determining Sell Thru.
      • Clean inventories also help us know what percentage of items we sold and in what categories.
    • Online SOLD items MUST have an online sold tag at drop off.

    • All other items must have a regular consignment tag at drop off (and it’s fine if a sold item has both tags).

Key Dates & Deadlines

  • Online Sale Deadline:
Monday, November 24 at 11:59 PM — enter and mark items “Ready for Online Sale” to be included in the online presale. Continue entering items afterward for online restocks and for the in person sale.

  • In-Person Sale Deadline:
Thursday, December 4 at 11:59 PM — after this, the system locks (you can still print tags, but no edits or new entries until Restock opens on Monday)

Participation Fee

  • $16 (non-refundable; payable via PayPal, Zelle, cash, or check)

  • One fee allows you to consign at BOTH or either sale! Give online a try!

  • 300 items total per consignor account

    • Infant clothing (newborn–12 mo): max 25 per size, per gender
