Pass It On 2026 Fall Calendar
Here is a visual calendar and explanation of what is going on this season.
We are adding days and extending our schedule!
YELLOW indicates the days our sale is open to the public. Light yellow days are Presale days when entry is not free or is only available to our consignors. Check the info on the Presale page to see if tickets are available.
Consignors can enter items until midnight on Thursday Sept 24. Drop off is moved up a day to Friday, Sept 25 and Saturday, Sept 26. Tagging Service gets dropped off on Wednesday and Thursday along with our 80% Club who may choose to drop off then as well.
We are adding a presale for volunteers, consignors, and other ticket holders on Sunday, Oct 4.
Our free entry 50% off day moves to Monday and 75% off day moves to Tuesday, both full days 10am-8pm.
PINK days are the Drop Off days when the inventory enters the building. Consignors drop their items off then we spend 2 more days making it all look good and organized so shoppers can find what they're looking for.
The GREEN day at the end is when ALL consignors can come to pick up whatever did not sell. All items remaining in the building at the end of that day are donated.
