Pass It On 2025 Winter Calendar
Here is a visual calendar and explanation of what is going on this season.
We start off with an ONLINE SALE open to everyone November 29–December 2 with a presale on November 28 for sellers and other groups (see our Presale page for more details, there is a way to get in for free that evening if you are not a consignor).
Consignors entering items for the online sale must enter their items into inventory by November 24 at midnight (and mark them as Ready For Online) to be guaranteed included in the Presale. We need to have the shop completed by Wed evening as my team and I are spending Thanksgiving Day with our families. Consignors may continue to enter more items that we will upload every morning to RESTOCK the shop, BUT remember your best chance of selling the most items is to have them all available for the Presale. That is when shopping begins and is typically our biggest shopping day!
Our last restock will get uploaded on Monday morning by 9am.
Tuesday is Discount Day. We are doing 1 day of 25% off as a teaser, but we can't discount too much because we will be moving straight into our IN PERSON sale next!
Consignors can enter items for the IN PERSON sale until midnight on Dec 4. Choose an appointment time and drop off ALL of their items on Dec 6 or 7. Items not in the building by Dec 7 at 9pm can be dropped off on Dec 11 for Restock.
Consignors may shop the Private Presale of our IN PERSON sale on Wednesday, Dec 10. View the Public Presale page to find out what time you can begin shopping. (Ex: Consignors who don't have any shifts shop at 4pm.) We do close the doors at 8pm that day but registers remain open until about 9pm.
Buyers who shop our online sale can pick up the items they bought at any time during our in person sale! Whatever day you come shopping, we can direct you to where you can pick up your items.
Don't forget to check out our Discount Days for additional savings! Shop Dec 14 for half price deals and Dec 15 for 75% off. We have been running a short 4-hour day but are expanding that to a full 10-hour day to accommodate people who would like to shop after work. So come on back and see what you can score and help us clear more stuff out so we don't have to sort too much!
Consignors will now pick up their unsold items on Wednesday, Dec 17, 10am-8pm. If you don't want to come back, we will donate your remaining items.
Thursday Dec 18 our charities will pick up and we will load our trailers.
On Friday, Dec 19 we will set up for the Merry & Bright Holiday Vendor Fair! So come on back one more time to support some local artists, bakers, and makers. Pick up some fun handcrafted gifts and stocking stuffers.
We will be exhausted after all of this so Consignor checks will go out in January.
